Major Research Interests
Health risk assessment and prevention, quantitative
methods, evaluations
My current interest is in the health risk behavior reductions:
drug use and HIV risk-related behaviors, and both have been identified
in the Healthy People 2010. I have several research projects to
evaluate the HIV prevention programs for evaluations for the Alabama
Health Department and to assess the effectiveness of community-based
organizations for the delivery of HIV prevention interventions for
CDC.
